Nasty Fall this morning
Took a nasty fall this morning. Luckily I landed on the back of my head, on the carpet. I had slippers on, but no leg brace, and still managed to trip over my left foot. Thought I might have concussion, but looks ok. Cane bent, Debbie took me out for new cane & breakfast.
Welcome to my blog / journey through various health issues, the latest of which is ALS (aka Lou Gehrig's disease). Comments are both welcome and appreciated.

'Manus Haec Inimica Tyrannis' which roughly translates:
'This hand is an enemy to tyrants' .... including ALS/MND
