New Encouragement & Video

Just when I was starting to get hooked on the lie that depression leads to (no hope, etc).... I chatted with a wonderful lady of 71 from Australia who gave me some great encouragement.

I will go here more often when I feel low.

Acupuncture is helping out the 71 year old. I need to follow up on this.

    I'll give you some encouragement.

    Barry, you can totally heal yourself.

    Acupunture can improve energy flow.

    You can do even better by learning to adjust and optimize your energy flow yourself.
