I took my first reading about 4pm after taking a long nap. I'm back down to a 4.5. This after working 4 hours doing yardwork in someones yard. Drank 23 oz of water with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, and a bit of stevia, during that time.
I'm currently feeling very wiped out. Talked to my mom, she encouraged me to double up on Mona Vie, I have a large supply downstairs that was supposed to be used for marketing, but with my energy levels so low, I'm going to go ahead and start doubling up on the product. I was intending on having my mom stop the auto-ship, but she is making money off of my line, so doesn't want to discontinue my auto-ship at this point.
Took a 2nd reading at 11:15pm. pH is up to 6.0 now, this is still in the "unhealthy" range. I've had 4 2oz shots of Mona Vie, I'll start taking 4oz in the morning, and 4 oz in the evening. Along with molases & the other healthy foods.
My right eye has been irritated ever since I got home this afternoon. I tried to see if there was anything in it, and flushed it out with water, but that didn't help. It feels like theres a piece of sand on my eye, but there is nothing visible. If it's still like this by Sunday, I'm going to make an appointment to see an eye doctor.

pH readings for Wednesday
I started at around 5.0, took a reading just before noon. The next one was a couple hours later, it was at 5.5. The next one was very encouraging, about 6.0, it was the greenest one I've had since I began testing.
Adding green spinich to my salads has been helping, I hope. Also, drinking lots of water with apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice, mixed with a bit of stevia. Also, since molases is one of the top foods for alkaline, I bought a bottle of molases today, and had a tablespoon full this afternoon, and another tablespoon full after dinner.

Alkaline Rich Food list
Here is what I found on the above web site. I'm going to start eating salads with raw spinich as often as I can. I bought a large container of raw organic spinich at Fred Meyer last night, and had a wonderful salad with my chicken yesterday evening.
The numbers in the right hand column below indicate to what degree the food replaces the alkaline reserves in your body. For example, Raw Spinach and Beet Greens show a value of around 500.
This means they are 100 times more effective in replacing your alkaline reserves than Blueberries of Apples which have a value of only 5.

Why Apple Cider Vinegar for pH improvement?
I was asked this last night on the phone with my older brother, Rohry. I found this article, I will have to get back to it later, but it looks very informative.
To Do list of health research
1) Post pH colored scale on blog - need to scan it in.
2) Start a daily, or at least weekly, log of my pH readings (daily average), and post it here on the blog.
3) Post both alkaline rich (good), and acid rich (bad) list of foods on the blog, and refrigerator (good is already posted on frig), so that I can have a baseline of foods to add and foods to avoid.

Awake early this morning
And can't get back to sleep. Song in my head (heart) about being in God's presence... I will get that later... lyrics are "In Your presence there is ...something.....".....
Anyhow, I've been so depressed over the last month, that this is the first time in a long time I've had any sort of song at all in my heart. I think I'm starting to discover both some spiritual and health issues (related) that I need to take heed to.

pH is really bad
I've been testing my pH level lately, and have a low pH. It should be about 7.35 according to this article: http://www.fitfaq.com/2006/04/expert-article-improve-your-body-ph.html
I'm in the "Dangerous" range right now, between 4.0 & 5.75, over the last few days of testing. No wonder I hardly ever have energy.
I've been adding organic, raw apple cider vinegar to my drinking water during the time I've been testing, and so far, that's not affecting the reading. I'm going to start drinking green drinks as well, according to the article above, that should help to make an improvement as well.
