I sauteed some mushrooms that were in the fridge in a brown paper bag for about the last 3 weeks, then added a couple scrambled eggs to this mix just before going back to work at 1pm this afternoon. Previously I had take a walk for 1/2 hour. I noticed that I was VERY tired afterwards, and my stomach was going through the wringer. A note, I also had plain yogurt and one of those stuffed grape leaves from Costco during this time. What a combination!!
Anyhow, I couldn't concentrate on anything. I forgot completely about my 1pm meeting, by 1:30 I realized that I needed to go down for a nap. I stayed down until 3pm. I need to stay away from old mushrooms. And really don't eat any of those stuffed grape leaves with anything else.
After almost an hour and a half nap, I feel a lot better.

Ear infection flaring up
My right ear has been feeling light it has an infection since taking a shower on Sunday afternoon, after working a late night on late Saturday/early Sunday morning starting around 11:30pm ending close to 4:30am on Sunday morning.
This was after being "on call" on Saturday, and waiting around for a SAN switch migration to complete. I wasn't able to actually go to bed until 8:30pm Saturday evening, in prepartion for the job starting at midnight. I also was painting over at my daughter's house (Cyra) in Federal Way from about 1pm until 6:30pm on Saturday.
I'm increasing my use of probiotics, and enzymes. I just took 4 Garden of Life Primal Defense tablets, and 2 Garden of Life Q-Zyme enzyme tables. It looks like they've recently changed the name of the enzyme tablets to OmegaZyme. I'll give this a try for about a week, then I'll have to order some more as my supply is starting to get short. I have the 180 tablet supply of Primal Defense, so that has lasted me a while. Thank God Choice Nutritionals has free shipping over $25, and no taxes (yet) on my orders.
Another thing, I've been snacking a bit on a new grape leaf wrap that I bought at Costco on Monday afternoon after work. I'm finding that even eating just 2 of these stuffed grape leafs (they are delicious), causes a lot of gas. They have white rice in them, not brown rice, which may be the issue, or it may just be the combination that they are made of.
